Psychedelic Cannabis Group Journey

  • Private Studio Pacific Beach United States (map)

About This Event

Discover the healing power of cannabis in a private and safe group environment.

Although cannabis is sometimes neglected as a psychedelic, it indeed has “mind-manifesting” and “soul-revealing” qualities. It is an extremely effective tool for personal growth and healing. Some of the therapeutic benefits include:

  • Deep somatic relaxation

  • Emotional release and resolution

  • Spiritually significant insights

  • Greater awareness, mindfulness, and peace in the present moment

All experience levels with cannabis are welcome.

How Does The Event Work?

This is a private, group event capped at a small number of participants. There will be two Pivot facilitators (Sheenae and Nick) present to guide and support group members.

The experience will last about 2.5 hours and follow this structure:

  1. Welcoming & Grounding - Intention-setting, group sharing, and light movement

  2. Cannabis Imbibing (Optional) - Flower can be smoked or vaped; complimentary strains from local dispensaries will be provided, with recommendations to achieve desired psychedelic effects

  3. Guided Body Scan Meditation

  4. Inward Journeying - Most individuals choose to lie down (BYO yoga mat), wear eyeshades (provided), and ground themselves in mindfulness

  5. Sound Healing

  6. Gentle Return - Self-care and group integration sharing

How Do I Register?

Step 1 - Please book a complimentary initial consultation to speak with a member of the Pivot team.

Step 2 - Pivot founder Nick will send you preparation materials and event details.

Step 3 - Prepare yourself physically, spiritually, and psychologically with things like meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Step 4 - Come to the Group Journey with comfortable clothes, yoga mat and/or blanket, water bottle, and your preferred cannabis flower. We will offer complimentary flower strains specifically blended to promote psychedelic healing effects.

We cover some FAQ below!

FAQ

Is cannabis legal for this?

Yes. In CA, cannabis is legal for personal use, and it’s legal to use in a “therapeutic” context - making it one of the only legal psychoactive and psychedelic tools available at present. We support journeyers with flower strains from local cannabis dispensaries.

What’s the difference between using cannabis recreationally vs therapeutically?

The four key factors that determine this are set (mindset, intentions), setting (environment, safety), dosage (amount of cannabis) and strain (type of cannabis and its effects). We at Pivot support individuals on all of these factors so they have intentional, therapeutic, and safe experiences.

I’ve never used cannabis. Is this event for me?

Yes! We will cover some of the basics of cannabis and its use as a healing tool, and we will do our best to answer your questions. Our team also offers complimentary consultations for anyone curious about cannabis or psychedelics. All are welcome!

I've tried cannabis, but I don't use it now. Is this event for me?

Yes! We hear this a lot and would love to chat with you about any previous experience you have. Cannabis can bring up a lot for us physiologically and psychologically, and intentional use in a safe setting is often far more supportive and therapeutic than typical “recreational” environments.

I’m a regular cannabis user. Is this event for me?

Also, yes! You might know a great deal about cannabis, but have you ever used it intentionally / therapeutically? We’d love to hear your experiences and share with you ours as we guide journeyers towards deep, transformative journeys.
