Psychedelics have helped me personally heal and work through my depression better than any talk therapy or medications had ever done.
When I had my first guided experience, it felt like a “weight” was lifted from my shoulders.
For the first time in a long time, I felt connected and full of joy, and I knew this was a game-changer for me.

I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and I serve as a guide for those seeking a therapeutic journey with plant medicines.
I created Pivot to bring together highly knowledgable, experienced, and above all compassionate psychedelic therapists and guides.

I spent my career deep in the corporate grind for years, working in tech sales and then transitioning to tech sales leadership. The stress and anxiety became a normal part of my day and I began using unhealthy coping mechanisms to get by.
I noticed how disconnected I became to my authentic self and I saw my relationships suffer because of this.
When I had my first experience with plant medicine, it completely changed the lens that I viewed the world through. It allowed me to understand more about myself, so I could connect deeper with others and the existing life around me.

For the past three years, I have been facilitating transformational journeys through breathwork, sound healing, meditation, psychedelic integration, and microdose coaching.
My passion for entheogens continues as I see the powerful benefits that come from intentional guided journeys.

For as long I can remember, I have had an overactive or anxious mind.
When I graduated from college, this was something that became even more pronounced, and I began working with a therapist.
This was a huge stepping-stone for me in wanting to go into therapy as a profession.
My first experience with psychedelics was one of the distinct times I could remember feeling a real separation from my "always in motion" way of thinking. It felt like a breath of fresh air and I have been fascinated in the way they can help people ever since.

After graduating with Masters degrees in Counseling Psychology and Theology, I have been working as a community mental health therapist since, supporting people of all ages coping with anxiety, depression, and past trauma.
My interest in psychedelic therapy and facilitating guided therapy sessions continues to expand as I bear witness to the profound therapeutic effects on a professional and personal level.

I often hear clients say they “feel stuck”.
I’ve certainly felt this way myself.
Changing our diets and lifestyles can be extremely difficult and it can feel isolating.
I discovered the intentional use of psychedelics in my clinical training and experienced their healing potential first-hand.
This inspired me to expand my health care work to support people in utilizing psychedelics to help them achieve their health goals.

I see plant medicines as powerful tools that can open us up to new ways of thinking, seeing, and feeling.
Their capacity to help people make changes to their habits and beliefs is amazing, and I’m honored to provide care for those seeking support.
